Who We Are

Dr. Rebecca Glose

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to improving the lives of children and families by addressing their mental and behavioral health needs. I work collaboratively with children and their caregivers to strengthen mental health outcomes, enhance family relationships, and empower parents with the tools and confidence to advocate for their child’s well-being.

I hold both a Doctorate and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington State University. My clinical approach integrates a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), The Incredible Years, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

I am a certified PCIT and TF-CBT therapist, a Level One PCIT trainer, and a licensed clinical social worker in Washington State. I also hold certification as a Child Mental Health Specialist and serve as a clinical supervisor for the state of Washington.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time at the beach with my family, taking walks with my kids and dogs, and practicing self-care at the gym.
